The Preparation

Edge & Deep Clean

We clean off every edge, clear out cracks, and blow the entire surface clean with a high-power blower. No debris left behind.

Structural Infill

Cracks are filled with precision-ground asphalt or a high-durability bonding paste, creating a level, bonded surface.

GSP 78 Oil Infusion

Sprayed, never squeegeed. This deep-penetrating oil base soaks into the blacktop, restoring oils and preventing cracks for 2-4 years.
